Open to Family Offices

We welcome family offices and HNIs to co-invest in us. Our terms are very simple and friendly where we charge you a fee of three percent (3%) of your committed funds for which we will always have four (4) concurrent nurtured projects and will share a minimum of twenty four (24) opportunities a year where you can make  an independent investment decision and make the investment directly. We will indicate to you which investment we are joining where our exposure is capped at Rs 2 Crores.

On every exit, we are entitled to 15% of the surplus after accounting for your return of twenty percent (20%) IRR per year. There is a five (5) years contract with an exit every year but the upside contractual variable due to us is in perpetuity where you have an option not to exit and we still get our upside bonus on very fair terms.
